Refund policy
CANCELLATION
You can cancel your contract before it is shipped from our warehouse. To do this, please e-mail us or call us as soon as possible after placing the order.
WARRANTY ISSUES
We warrant our metal product against defects in materials or workmanship. If there are problems with the products you purchased from us, please make contact to discuss the matter further and we will solve the problem. Contact Customer Service at sale@sagadental.no or phone nr: +47 628 14898.
To aid our quality improvement work please note that any warranty services or questions should be accompanied by invoice number and LOT# from the transaction through which the warranted product was purchased.
If the product is to be returned we will need you to pack the products in a well-protected box. Ship the product with a copy of your bill of sale or other proof of purchase, your name, address, phone number, description of the problem(s) to:

Upon receiving the products, we will repair or replace your products, at our discretion, and ship it back to you.
Please note: This warranty only covers normal use of the products. Our products are intended for professional health care personnel. As a customer you take full responsibility for the product and its effects should you make any modifications and/or apply our products outside the intended use.
Please note: The customer assumes full liability for losses or damages resulting from shipping as well as all responsibility to pursue remuneration for such issues with their selected carrier.
RETURNS OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
A non-defective product may be returned to us within reasonable time for a refund of the original purchase price with the following amendments/fees:
- We will refund neither the original shipping cost nor the shipping and handling fees incurred from the products return if the error is caused by the customer.
- No refund will be granted for products which has been opened, used, or tampered with in any way which jeopardized our ability to resell the product. We maintains full discretion in decisions regarding a products fitness for return.
